Dear Parents and Students of the Washington Conservatory,
Thank you for choosing WCM as your musical home. It is our pleasure to guide you on your musical journey.
Please take a moment to read these important time-sensitive announcements.
- Tuition payment for spring semester is due by January 22. We assume that all students enrolled in individual lessons for Fall semester will continue for spring semester. Please make your payment now to ensure your lesson spot.
- WCM now offers convenient online payment for our current students through Paypal! Click and enter your information and tuition amount at checkout:

- On rare occasions a student is not able to continue lessons. As Director, I am happy to speak to a student or family who may be considering a change - to lend an ear, give professional advice, and help you make the best informed musical decision.
- If a student must discontinue lessons for second semester, please advise the WCM office by phone (301) 320-2770 or email (info@washingtonconservatory.org), so new students may be scheduled in your time slot.
- Registration for new students in time slots previously held by students in Fall semester will begin January 25 on a first-come basis.
- Semester dates: The fall semester at WCM ends Monday, January 25, with make-up days (if you are owed any) immediately following. Spring semester begins February 1 and ends June 13 (June 19 for Sunday lessons) with make-up days following.
- Know someone interested in music lessons or classes? Share the joy of music with your friends. In addition to our individual lessons, classes in early childhood music (3 months - 5 years), guitar, ukulele, Irish instruments, Alexander Technique, Encore Chorale for older adults, and our Adult orchestra are offered.
