Faculty Showcase
to benefit scholarships
for low-income students

Six faculty members of Washington Conservatory of Music will perform a potpourri of musical selections - a series of works, each less than ten minutes in length - to showcase varied instruments, musical genres, composers and musicians. The concert is approximately one hour in length and suitable for all ages. The audience is invited to meet with the musicians following the concert.
Music featured includes Schubert's "Der Hirt auf dem Felsen for soprano, clarinet and piano, works for piano by Henri Dutilleux and Schumann, a solo for vibes by Bill Evans and a work for solo violin by Astor Piazzolla.
