Lonkevich, praised for his graceful and assured playing, performs regularly in the DC area, including with the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra. He has performed with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, served as principal flute of the National Theater Orchestra and Wolf Trap Opera, and played in the pit orchestra in musical theater productions at Arena Stage. His recital venues have included the Austrian Embassy, French Embassy, and Anderson House Museum. Lonkevich is on the faculty at Washington Conservatory of Music.

 

Gowen, a prize-winning pianist, performs regularly at the National Gallery and other area venues, including the Phillips Collection, Kennedy Center, the Barns at Wolf Trap, Constitution Hall, and with the Baltimore Symphony. Gowen has performed in Yucatan and overseas at Topkapi Palace, Istanbul and in Rotterdam, Holland. A soloist on public television's "Debut" series, Gowen was National Winner of MTNA Collegiate Artist Competition and has received the Baltimore Chamber Music Award. Gowen is on the faculty at Washington Conservatory of Music.

Ms. Hewitt has been called "one of the reliably mesmerizing musicians of the day" (The Times, London) and "the pre-eminent Bach pianist of our time" (The Guardian). She has performed in prestigious venues throughout the world. Highlights of recent seasons include her debuts in Carnegie Hall, the Concertgebouw, and with the Cleveland Orchestra. Named Gramophone Artist of the Year in 2006, Ms. Hewitt's extensive discography includes all the keyboard works of Bach, Beethoven piano sonatas, Mozart piano concertos, the complete Chopin Nocturnes and Impromptus, and many other recordings.
