Philippians 4:6-7New King James Version (NKJV) 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Anxious thought doesn't really add much to our lives, though there can be a little but it's a very fine balance. Yet truly bad anxious thought is destructive and tears down our dreams. Though removing it is simply a matter of applying the philosophy of changing your thoughts will change your world. - Consider, bad anxiety is only present when you are not.
- Consider, anxiety is a fear of what might happen in the future, it is not a fear about something that is happening now... So how can it help you.
- Consider, are you using anxiety as an excuse to justify your need to worry.
- Consider, your past has shown you that you will have all you need to deal with any situation that arises in the future... Is your ego silent right now, or telling you that this may not be true...
- Consider, that which your fear or are anxious about may actually be what you need to complete your life... how do you feel about this?
- Consider, who is controlling your mind...
- Consider, are you living to the truth that fears hold no value for you yet... Have you begun to notice that you are less and less afraid of things and live in more and more acceptance... This is the Process at work without effort... Less and less do you have to force things until you finally arrive at the place of non-action where nothing is done and nothing remains undone... This is YOU living to this wonderful quote... Congratulate yourself, because you deserve it.
- Consider, did your ego try to tell you but you still have so far to go... If it did then you got to give it credit for trying
- Consider, not letting what you can't do interfere with what you can do... think about this for a while when you consider the possibility of a detrimental change of some sort in your life... Consider it until you can see what you can't do being of no benefit.
- Consider, by changing your thoughts at the moment you notice they are not helping you, then you are living the quote change your thoughts and you change your world... again you have changed...
- Consider, it is in the tiny insignificant moments of thought which you create your reality... Will you let what you can't change affect what you can.
- Consider, 'not getting anxious about losing your job', instead 'focusing on doing your job better.' Where do you think you could apply this thought structure to improve your life?
- Consider, if you failed to make what you desire to happen, then do you agree that this was the best possible outcome for you yet... If not then consider the possibility that you just don't know the benefit yet.
- Consider, are you now living to this thought structure - whatever happens, you automatically think, obviously it's time for a change. In other words are you living in acceptance... Where ever you are with this mindset, you should be pleased with yourself.
- Consider, whatever happens in your life will be the best possible thing for you, it only appears temporarily not to be. How do you feel about that. This is not just a lesson it is a way of living.
With this session and the notes above you should be starting to see some real substantial shifts in your mindset. Now you should be finding you are anxious less and worry hardly ever. This is the process at work. Just by you coming in and listening and applying some of the points to consider then you are changing your world... You are applying less and less effort to do it, and all by simply listening and thinking. Remember: The purpose of these our session is not to overwhelm you with information. They are there to guide you to the right way to think instead of the wrong way. You have been taught by schools to cram in information, however, your results will show you if you care to look at them that this does not work. So cramming will not work here. What will work is you disassembling your thoughts and almost effortlessly constructing new ways to think. 2 Peter 1: 3According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
