You can participate in the community and services even if you're out of town or just can't make it to the synagogue.

The Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles cordially invites you to a Community Roundtable with Lieutenant Shachar
Friday, June 24th
11 AM - 12 PM
Lieutenant Shachar is the first openly transgender officer in the IDF.
After joining the IDF as a female, Lt. Shachar started transitioning to male
with full support of the military while in service.
He now helps guide other soldiers who are going through a similar experience.

Please note that Lunch and Learn is cancelled tomorrow, June 16th, and will not be held in the months of July and August.
Please note that Torah Study will also not be held in the months of July and August.
However, HIV+ Lunch will still be held in July and August.

Kol Ami's Summer Shabbat Dinner series will be taking place at our temple at 1200 N. La Brea Avenue, West Hollywood.
Schedule:
- July 1st at 7:30 PM (after 6:45 PM Services) : Serving BBQ
- July 15th at 6:30 PM (before 8 PM Services) : Serving Mediterranean
- August 12th at 6:30 PM (before 8 PM Services) : Pot luck brought by attendees
- August 26th at 6:30 PM (before 8 PM Services) : Serving Chinese
The cost for all the dinners is $20 per person, except for the potluck which is only $5 per person. Each dinner will also be accompanied by an array of non-alcoholic drinks and wine. Please indicate the number of vegetarian meals needed by your party on the registration form.
