This 8-week live teleconference training is experiential--you'll try out the practices as I guide you, apply them to your own challenges, and get support from me, nature, and our community.
Each weekly session helps you develop specific skills and abilities to awaken your connection and feed your luminous being.
We'll have an hour of focused work together and another half hour for your questions, issues, and challenges.
The group will be as intimate and supportive as you collectively choose to make it.
