Trip report a very successful swap in Brighton
Brighton Home Swap "This was a last minute swap and was easy to arrange. We found Gil & Anne-Marie's house clean, comfortable and, as a family of five, deceptively spacious. Parking around Hanover area is not easy but it is free and we never had to park more than a street away. Buses in and out of town are easy to use. As well as the usual seaside attractions Brighton has a great range of unusual bars, restaurants and shops. The surrounding countryside is quite stunning especially east along the coast to Eastbourne. Our house was well looked after and spotlessly clean on our return." (Andrew & Lucy, Malvern, England)

Home swap tip pets in residence?
Home swap with pets You've tidied and cleaned your home thoroughly to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible for your home exchange guests. But, if you have pets, please be extra vigilant and check carefully for signs of fleas on your pet or in your home; any cat or dog can pick up fleas so it is in no way a reflection on the cleanliness of your home. If you do notice any fleas make sure to deal with them before your guests arrive.
 
Not had an exchange yet? Don't be alarmed by the thought of fleas in a home. It happens very rarely and, to put it into perspective, you are much more likely to encounter bed bugs in a hotel room!
