| Trip report great location and lovely views of the sea |
 "We have swapped three times with Steve, this was our first exchange staying in his new home. Lovely views from the balcony outside the bedroom to the sea, comfortable and spacious home, very nice terrace to sit and eat outside - we watched pipistrelle bats in the evening. Location is close to historic Rottingdean, easy access to the buses, wonderful walks on the South Downs and on the Undercliff into Brighton." (Jo, Cornwall, England)
