3rd Thursdays, a free community block party, heats up the Town of Surfside on April 16 at 7:45pm. The next stop for 3rd Thursdays' trip around the world is Mexico where Viva La Mexico is the motto. The night will be filled with live music, food trucks and an extra special performance from a Mariachi band. This is the last event for the 3rd Thursdays 2015 event series.

This family friendly event takes place on 95th Street between Collins Avenue and Harding Avenue (SR A1A) from 7:45pm to 9:30pm and is open to the public with no admission fee. 3rd Thursdays brings a blend of music styles from Latin and Jazz to Island and Pop. Additionally, food truck vendors line up to offer their unique culinary delights to all attendees.

Members of the Surfside Circle have access to the exclusive VIP section in the center of the event, giving them the best seat on the block. Members will receive complimentary take-home gifts (while supplies last) including a fiesta rubber ducky. The first 150 members to enter the Surfside Circle area will also receive a ticket to make their very own candy taco to enjoy.
