I'm pleased to report recent developments and improvements within Provider Recruitment.
Provider Enrollment and Provider Recruitment & Services are now operating under one department. This alignment will help improve PHMG's onboarding process and enrollment with our insurance payers. Such efforts will focus on how we serve our networks and communities. Our combined department will also implement new processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy throughout enrollment.
Northwest and Columbia Networks are now experiencing more than 97% of new providers with active enrollment by their start date. We've also established an Oncoming Provider Report that tracks the progress of enrollment for providers. Furthermore, our collaboration with Revenue Cycle has resulted in the release of more than $750,000 in "claims on hold."
We have an aggressive agenda, and I'm confident we'll continue to improve the recruitment and enrollment processes. I am working with all networks to solicit feedback on our efforts, and I welcome your thoughts and questions. You may email me or call me at 360-729-2551.
