 | Dr. Howard Graman |
As you might have heard, PeaceHealth and Clark County Public Health are currently looking into a possible hepatitis C exposure involving patients at our medical center in Vancouver.
This joint investigation began as soon as PeaceHealth received information concerning the possible exposure. What makes the situation most distressing is that it may be connected to the actions of a former employee suspected of diverting drugs and placing patients at risk. If that's the case, it is especially sad news for us as providers and caregivers.
This investigation is a reminder to all of us: if you suspect a fellow caregiver may be placing patients or others at risk, please contact your manager and share your concerns.
For the latest information on the investigation in Vancouver, you may visit peacehealth.org/HepC.

2014 Pulse Survey
|
Our online Pulse Survey continues through May 19. This is a brief, confidential survey in follow-up to the survey in 2012. We want to know how you're feeling as a provider and how we're doing as a medical group. For more information, please read the Pulse Survey FAQ. PHMG providers and Advanced Practice Clinicians received an email on April 28 with a link to log into the survey. If you need assistance, please contact Greta Beard or Pattie Washburn. Password for survey: Your first and last initial and six-digit birth date, no spaces, no commas. Example: for John Doe born on January 1, 1969 = jd010169. (Please note the two-digit year for date of birth.) Not a provider? The Caregiver Experience Pulse Survey is also open through May 19. Survey completion data (through May 6)
