PeaceHealth Physicians & Providers,
 | Dr. Howard Graman |
Congratulations to Florence, system support departments and the project team on the successful launch of our new Epic ambulatory system this week. Things have gone fairly smoothly overall, thanks to the excellent leadership and wonderful spirit of teamwork, throughout the group--in Florence and everyone involved in the Epic work. Some members of the Epic Provider Advisory Council have been pitching in to help their colleagues in Florence with at-the-elbow and moral support. That's one of the great things about this project. It not only gives us a powerful new system to advance the quality and safety of our patient care, it also provides our group the opportunity to forge bonds and help each other develop and hone professional skills for our work today and in the future. We look forward to using the lessons from the Florence go-live experience to prepare for the next launch in Eugene, Springfield and Cottage Grove in a few weeks. More to come.

 | Bob Swanson, Network Vice President, People & Culture |
Several PHMG communities have begun doing deep dives into the provider engagement survey results and will be focused on action planning over the next month. It has become apparent that many providers are eager to be involved. We have seen some early returns and are thrilled that there is energy around celebrating and propelling the medical group forward. Watch for more details to come this summer regarding the community and PHMG System-wide action plans. *Communities in Oregon will begin survey follow-up later this summer, after Epic go-live.
