As noted in an earlier PHMG Weekly, we are sharing a few of the system-wide results from the provider engagement survey. Overall, the results show clearly that we have a lot of work to do. This week, we are highlighting the top-scoring categories. These areas are positives that will provide a good basis on which to build. Next week, we'll outline our key opportunities for improvement. We'll also introduce the physicians and others who will help develop the action plans to address areas that need attention. We're grateful to have the kind of feedback that helps us focus on what the medical group needs to be successful. Thanks for your support.

Top Five Areas to Celebrate

 Following are the top five survey categories that received the highest percentage of a "very satisfied" rating from PHMG providers, system-wide:
- SKILL OF PROVIDER STAFF: Skill and competency of your fellow physicians and providers. 66.2%
- PRACTICE SUCCESS: You are highly motivated to contribute to the success of this practice. 55.2%
- RESPONSIVENESS OF CLINIC MANAGER: How well he or she responds to your issues, questions, and concerns. 51%
- QUALITY OF CARE: Overall quality of care provided to patients at the practice. 49%
- COMMUNICATION BY CLINIC MANAGER: How well the clinic manager communicates with you. 46.6%
