by Dr. Ralph Fillingame, was among the top 70 "high functioning practices" identified by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation program, The Primary Care Team: Learning from Effective Ambulatory Practices (LEAP).
Team Fillingame has been working at innovative primary care for many years. While not chosen as a LEAP finalist site, the practice looks forward to continuing to work with and learn from the program. Read article on Team Fillingame's work

Share Your Opinion Before the NEW Deadline

We're extending the deadline for the provider engagement survey. It will now close on Saturday, Dec. 22 at 10 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time). 
So far about 41% of providers throughout PHMG have taken this opportunity to share their opinions on several key practice-related topics. To date, Siuslaw has the highest rate of response: Florence: 48% Eugene/Springfield: 46% Longview: 45% Cottage Grove: 43% Whatcom: 39% Vancouver: 34% Ketchikan: 24% We want to hear from a lot more providers. Your input is valuable in identifying our group's priorities.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete from any web-enabled computer or device.
