This Week's Q&A
Question
How can you claim to give an anonymous survey, but ask the employee to give both name initials and date of birth?

Answer
The unique identifiers are used only by HealthStream, the independent, third-party vendor to ensure unduplicated results & incorporate pre-coded demographics, while still ensuring the anonymity of the respondents. No data are reported on any group less than 5 respondents & PeaceHealth is NEVER allowed to see individual responses.(Source:  HeatlhStream)

Earlier this week, all employed physicians and allied health providers received an invitation to take PHMG's first provider engagement survey.

We are at an important point in our development as a group. We are eager to hear from all providers in the group on several areas critical to our collective and individual success.

If you haven't already answered the survey, please share your thoughts by Dec. 17.  For more details, refer to the FAQ.

Thank you.
