Opportunity through Education

Teacher Hosea instructing students at the Kiwimbi library
 Kiwimbi Art Program

The Art Program at the Kiwimbi library is thriving! Since art is not taught in Kenyan schools, the Kiwimbi pupils show a genuine passion for learning, making the sessions interesting and creative. Hosea, a Kiwimbi teacher, gives lessons on different styles of art to eager students. The styles range from paper collage to marbling, which is making stone-like swirls and patterns that resemble marble on paper. The students' artwork will be on display at the Kiwimbi library.
