Execution is the Strategy!

I wish I had written that. But I didn't.
I wish I had written the book, "Execution IS the Strategy: How Leaders Achieve Maximum Results in Minimum Time." But I didn't.
I could've, would've, should've, but I didn't.
However, one of my dear friends, a professional speaking colleague, and a past President of the National Speakers Associatio n did write the book. And it just came out on Monday.

In today's world of rapid, disruptive change in home care, strategy can't be separated from execution. You have to continually adjust your strategy to fit new realities. But if your organization isn't set up to be fast on its feet, you could easily go the way of the hundreds of home care companies that have closed in the past four years.
