Many people view estate planning as something to be addressed later in life or something that only wealthy people need to take into consideration. This program will look at the steps that all people should consider. What are some strategies that might be beneficial? Who should you see that can provide these services? What happens if you choose to do nothing? Presenter David G. Yearwood, CFP, will cover such topics as wills, probate, beneficiaries, trusts, and legacy planning.
It's that time...time to get your shot to help ward off the flu! You can pre-register to use your insurance, but walk-ins are also welcome and may pay by cash or check. You must be 11 years of age or older to receive the flu shot here at the library. This clinic is offered by your local Walmart store. Base prices are as follows (doesn't include insurance coverage): $27.88 for Afluria (3 virus coverage), $32.53 Fluzone Quad (4 virus coverage), and $54.97 Fluzone High Dose (Recommended for 65+).
