The Town of Brownsburg's Stormwater Department hosted a contest to promote the use of rain barrels and water conservation.  Decorated rain barrels were made available to residents for a $25 entry fee.  Participants get to keep their rain barrels after the contest ends.  Rain barrels were decorated with inspiration from the theme "Where does stormwter flow?"  Finished rain barrels will be on display at the library May 2-13, and the public is invited to vote for their favorite.  Stop by and pick your favorite!
