We now require registration for most programs.
To register for a program, simply click on the name of the program below. Walk-ins will still be welcome if there is space to accommodate them. Registrants arriving later than five (5) minutes after program start time may forfeit their spot depending on space availability. Thank you!

New Room Reserve and Program Sign Up System


If you use the BPL website to sign up for programs or reserve meeting rooms, you'll notice a new look to our system. Improvements with the new system include:

  • Cleaner, more eye-friendly events calendar
  • Easier-to-use room availability listing
  • "Quick View" program details...just hover the mouse over the program name, no need to click in to see details
  • Text reminders for programs you've registered for
  • Create a personalized login to change/cancel room reservations more easily
  • Fewer steps to find what you want and sign up for it

Forthcoming improvements include:

  • Online payment for meeting room bookings (where a fee is required)
  • Online payment for program sign ups (where a fee is required)
