IFSH Presence at 2014 Midwest AOAC Meeting and Expo
IFSH had a strong presence at the 33rd Annual Midwest AOAC Meeting and Expo held June 2-5, 2014. More IFSH Participates at IFT IIT and FDA faculty and scientists from IFSH chaired/co-chaired five scientific sessions, and delivered nine oral presentations and seven poster presentations at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA, June 21-24, 2014. MoreISFH Co-Sponsored Global Midwest Alliance Event IFSH was a co-sponsor of the second program in the Global Midwest Alliance's 2014 Innovation, Growth and Globalization Industry-Focused Series. The event, "Feeding a Hungry World: Global Food Production and Sustainability" was held on July 24, 2014 at The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance Holds Shakedown Event
FSPCA held a successful preventive controls curriculum "shakedown" event May 28-30, 2014, at FDA's Division of Human Resources Development in Rockville, MD. More
Registration Open for FSPCA August 26th Webinar The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), in collaboration with the Food and Drug Association (FDA), hosts its next quarterly webinar to update stakeholders on the progress of the Alliance. Special guest, Roberta Wagner, Deputy Director for Regulatory Affairs at FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN), will provide an overview on FDA's FSMA Implementation Operational Strategy, "FSMA: Where We've Been, And Where We Are Going".
