7:00 PM -Cummington Community House

The award winning film

Today in the United States, by the simple act of feeding ourselves, we are unwittingly participating in the largest experiment ever conducted on human beings. Each of us unknowingly consumes genetically engineered food on a daily basis. The risks and effects to our health and the environment are largely unknown. Yet more and more studies being conducted around the world provide reason for concern. GMO OMG tells the story of a father's discovery of GMOs in relationship to his 3 young children and the world around him.

After the film there will be Q & A and an update on the status of GMO labeling in Massachusetts with Ed Stockman, cofounder of Mass Right To Know GMOs.

Grace Hill Farm Clothbound Cheddar

Just out of the cave for the first time and carried down the hill to the Creamery. You can't get more local than this, very delicious!

An English farmhouse cheddar wrapped in cloth and aged for roughly one year, this cheddar is sharp without being overpowering, slightly dry, with a buttery texture.

Made by hand from grass-fed raw cow's milk.

Thank you Max and Amy
