Memorial Day Events
As a City with a military heritage and gratitude in our hearts for the sacrifice of service, the City provides two heartwarming events for residents to enjoy. The morning begins with a parade of roaring motorcycles with furling flags waving in the wind. Coordinated by West Coast Thunder, the parade will begin at Frederick Street and Sunnymead Blvd at approximately 9:30 a.m.
In the afternoon, the annual gathering at the Veterans Memorial at 2:00 p.m. provides a place for the community to unify to remember those who lost their lives in service and the families left behind. With a dynamic keynote speaker, special ceremonies, and a post event reception, the 2015 Memorial Day Ceremony will be a not to miss event for Moreno Valley families. Event details will be available on the City's website soon. Please check back by clicking here.
