Scholarship Committee

Dear Scholarship Committee,

I want to thank the Board of Directors of MAPA for awarding me the MAPA Scholarship for 2015-2016. This scholarship has helped a lot with financial needs while I attend Frostburg State University.  I finished my first semester and I am very happy with my choice in attending Frostburg. I am preparing to declare my major during the second semester, a double major and a minor.  I have been looking into additional opportunities here at Frostburg that include a work/school/ study program with Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, starting a school club and getting involved with the local community. My next task is to start looking for internships or volunteer opportunities this summer that will help further my education.

Thank you again and I wish you the best in 2016.
