Letter from the President
It's been a great year so far and MAPA is far from done! The Fall Golf Outing on October 13 at Diamond Ridge Golf Club is the kick off to MAPA's Annual Fall Conference. This year's conference returns to the historic Westminster Hall in Baltimore (Edgar Allen Poe is buried outback) on October 14th. Registration is Open for both events.
New this year MAPA has added Frontline Training focusing on customer service and conflict resolution. In today's climate your staff cannot do without these two important training classes.
As always please feel free to contact myself or any of the other board members with your ideas and suggestions. See you at the Conference!
