These Updates, published by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) in consultation with the other state agencies involved in ACA implementation, will bring you news related to the implementation of provisions of the ACA here in Massachusetts.

Please note that the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Stakeholder Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 at 10:00 AM has been postponed. The new date and time will be posted on the website at: www.mass.gov/nationalhealthreform under Long Term Care/Behavioral Health in the Federal Health Care Reform Initiatives section as soon as it is scheduled.
