Last week the Southeast Texas Economic Development Foundation hosted SBA training for local lenders and financial consultants. Larry Porterfield of Porterfield Lending Solutions facilitate an in-depth discussion of the SBA Real Estate Advantage Loan Program. Servicing fees generated from the REAL program allow the Foundation to coordinate regional economic development recruitment and retention efforts. Thank you to all who participated.
