Additional Tax Agreements for Natgasoline LLC

Jim Rich attended the Jefferson County Commissioners Court meeting on Monday in which tax agreements with Natgasoline LLC were finalized. The largest new investment in Beaumont's history, which includes 3000 construction jobs and 240 permanent jobs, is one step closer to reality.

Economic Development

The Southeast Texas Economic Development Foundation authorized a new SBA loan on January 15th. The new restaurant, operating under the name Tookies Seafood, will locate in Seabrook, Texas. The new project adds over $1,800,000 to the Foundation's loan portfolio. Thank you to Enterprise Bank for their partnership.
