Child Abuse Survivor

Written by an HCWC Volunteer

"I was so innocent I did not understand the implications. I knew the scenario was blessed by my parents; and I did what was expected of me, as I always did."

Child Abuse Continues if YOU Don't Report

It is not your job to investigate or find out if an outcry is true. The law requires you to report any suspected child abuse.  It does not require that you are certain that the child is being abused, only to have a reason for suspecting it.
