My Father loves my simple praises.  He cherishes my simple gestures of love and devotion.  It doesn't take something monumental to please Him.  He just wants my companionship and daily obedience.  My Father is IMPRESSED ENOUGH when I simply shower my love on Him.  He knows that the bulk of our lives are spent on ordinary living, so He loves it when you and I pause and praise Him!

PRAISE: THE PAUSE THAT REFRESHES!

The way to the Father's heart is singing to Him. The Father treasures a love song.

Take your time in the Father's presence.  The Lord likes to be romanced and embraced... and to return the same.

The Holy Spirit is NOT in a hurry!  Contrary to the hurry and flurry of the world we live in, the Spirit is NOT in that mode whatsoever!  We miss Him because we are used to LOUD and FAST.  But He is just the opposite!

RECEIVING from God is NOT a matter of GETTING, but rather a matter of LETTING!

LET God be kind to you!

LET God forgive you!

LET God love on you!

LET God deliver you!

LET God prosper you!

LET God heal you!

LET God flood you with His presence!

Every promise of God possesses the power within it to bring itself to pass when embraced by the human heart and confessed in childlike faith.

Every commandment of God has the grace inside it to create the ability to obey it from the heart.

Each story in the Bible has the supernatural translating power residing within it to apply to my own set of circumstances and to create faith in me for a breakthrough.

Kindness and thoughtfulness towards others is its own reward.  NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE INCREDIBLE POWER WRAPPED UP IN A SIMPLE DEED OR WORD OF KINDNESS!

Kindness will melt the hardest of hearts!

Kindness warms the heart of the one being kind.

Kindness also warms the heart of the one receiving the gesture of kindness.

Sometimes a gesture of kindness takes another by surprise and renews their hope, cheering them for the rest of the day.

A Christian ought to be known for his or her smile!

A Christian ought to be known for their uncanny ability to make you feel warm, welcome, and important in their presence.

A Christian ought to be known in their workplace for being the happiest person there.

The JOY OF THE LORD makes the believer ATTRACTIVE and his or her faith CONTAGIOUS!

Nothing is more damaging to the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ than a mad or sad Christian!

Any temptation resisted twice quickly loses its power!  (Mike Murdock)

Distance from temptation is necessary not to yield to it.  Joseph HAD to flee Potiphar's wife's seductive advances!  Flee IMMEDIATELY!  To hang around the source of temptation any length of time is to GUARANTEE falling into it!

Flee!  Run!  Close all doors and MAKE IT DIFFICULT to even be tempted in that area of weakness to which you are vulnerable.

Set up LINES OF ACCOUNTABITY with someone or some group of people who will hold you accountable to PURITY and TRUTH and RIGHTEOUS LIVING!

It's HARD to resist things IN SECRET!  Bring things out into the OPEN and OUT OF SECRECY to expose them for what they really are!  IN THE LIGHT sins, habits, proclivities, and evil propensities quickly lose their seductive appeal!

Secrecy kills!  Too much privacy is dangerous! 

Isolation is Ice-in-the-soul-a-ton!

Most sins happen in the darkness or at night.

What is NOT sin inside the boundaries God has set INSTANTLY becomes sin OUTSIDE those boundaries.

What God says is bad IS bad, no matter your own feelings or views about it.  You are NOT God!  Father knows best!

What God says is DAMAGING is INDEED DAMAGING even if you cannot at first see so.

Rule #1:  God is SMARTER than I am!

Rule #2:  God is INDEED SMARTER than I am!

Rule #3:  You can say that again!  God is SO VERY MUCH SMARTER than I am!  

His wisdom is infinitely larger than my own, so I think I will just let Him call the shots in my life.  He sees further ahead than I can see.  He understands what I don't.  He is ALWAYS right!  I am often wrong!

Dumb and Dumber:  Thinking that God DOES NOT have my best interests at heart.  Thinking that disobedience will not ultimately hurt me in some way!

Dumb and Dumber Two:   Thinking that I can get away with some sins without penalties or consequences.  Trying to atone for my own sins by beating myself to death with guilt and self-loathing!
