YOUR ASSIGNMENT FROM HEAVEN !
Anything God tells you to do has LIFE IN IT... for you and for those around you!
Any sacrament God institutes has LIFE IN IT!
Nothing God commands in His Word is without transforming power!
Anything God speaks drips with graciousness.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT FROM HEAVEN !
God's voice sounds like your pastor's voice! (If your pastor is born again, called by God, and anointed. If he's not, go get yourself a real pastor!)
The voice of God is not so much a matter of a particular tone or sound, if you will; but more a matter of uncommon purity, power, and authority. The source is of essence, rather than the tonal sound. (Read Psalm 29.)
Stop seeking or waiting for a certain tonal sound when you think of God's voice, and start seeking a remarkable purity and the character traits of His voice. God is a SPIRIT. He can communicate with you in a thousand different ways!
(If you can catch the understanding of all I've been sharing in the last few nuggets, you will be able to TUNE IN and hear from Him more than before! I've found that believers often look and listen for something that's akin to communication between humans instead of supernatural communication by the Spirit of God, and as a result, simply MISS what God is already speaking.)
YOUR ASSIGNMENT FROM HEAVEN!
Make peace with your present station in life! What good is it to have a glorious destiny if you can't extract the pleasure out of the present? I've met a lot of Christians who are so intense about their destiny and future they can no longer enjoy today! But there is a difference between BEING CALLED and BEING DRIVEN! Indeed, we should all pursue our high calling, but it would behoove us to ask ourselves whether we've let ourselves become so driven about our future that we're no longer enjoying our present. Does God want us DRIVEN? Or does He just want us to be LED GENTLY by His Spirit? Do we feel pressured or pushed to achieve?
Really only two things God requires from you: Obey Him -and- Enjoy Him!
This Jesus-Thing is NOT meant to be mechanical (religious), but warm and relational.
Jesus didn't bring God the Father into your life to make your life difficult or tedious. Jesus brought you the Father for your extreme enjoyment!
Last time I checked, Jesus said, "My yoke is easy and my burden is light!"
Jesus never said, "The Son shall make you religious!" I think He said, "The Son shall make you free!"
Set your heart to enjoy Him exceedingly!

Don't get all wrapped around the axle about things that don't matter eternally. These things are not worth your time and attention and are nothing but a drain on your soul!
Someone has wisely noted, "Don't sweat the details! And it's all just details!"
Find it IN HIS PRESENCE!
See it IN HIS PRESENCE!
Hear it IN HIS PRESENCE!
Touch it IN HIS PRESENCE!
I cannot be everything. And I cannot do everything good. But I CAN BE THE REAL ME and I CAN DO WHAT I'M GOOD AT WITH UNCOMMON EXCELLENCE!
I love being me in The Lord!
I respect me in God.
I like being me and not someone else.
I choose to be secure in who God made me to be!
Concerning our present hi-tech culture: EVER FEEL OVERWHELMED BY ALL THE ACRONYMS? LOL! This is the ACRONYM GENERATION! What ever happened to plain English? I get so tired of having to learn new acronyms all the time, it makes me wanna spit! Give me a break, man, before I'm tempted to cuss! LOL!
Pick your battles instead of letting every battle pick you!
Discern what's important to you and what's really not.
Someone has wisely noted, "Stay in your lane!"
Know inside yourself WHAT you truly care about.
Know inside yourself WHO you truly care about.
Identify what you're passionate about, and what doesn't really interest you.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT FROM HEAVEN!
MY OWN FOCUS:
1. WRITING is extremely important to me because that is my gift to the GREATER body of Christ. I KNOW this pleases God! It's my assignment from Heaven!
2. PASTORING the people God assigns to my care is my passion because that is my gift to the LOCAL body of Christ. I KNOW this pleases Him immensely!
3. TOUCHING the Father's heart with true worship and deep prayer. I KNOW this is what He wants!
4. CONFRONTING crooked culture, organizations, and politicians that are trying to destroy the foundation of marriage, children and the family unit. (LGBT, Gay Marriage, Abortion). I KNOW He wants me to do this because of a series of dreams He has sovereignly given me concerning our nation. This is part of my assignment on this earth.
I LOVE my assignment! My assignment brings me deep fulfillment!
