RAW POWER!!!!
In 1980, the Raw Power of God raised my wife from the deathbed when the doctors said there was no more hope for her!
In 1978, the raw power of God healed me of an incurable condition whereby I had to go to the doctors for corterization every other week for 6 years and had had two unsucessful surgeries.
In 1979, the raw power of God hit me in a service where an anointed lady called out another disease by name IN SONG that I had had for several years, and I was instantly and forever healed of it. It felt like someone hit me in the stomach, it was so powerful when she sang it, albeit it was not located in my stomach!
The Raw Power of God saved an unchurched test engineer at one of my altar calls. And because I didn't want to give this new convert the chance to be steeped in unbelief from church people and traditions, I asked him if he wanted to be filled with the Spirit just like in the Book of Acts. He said yes, so he got filled and spoke in tongues accompanied by weeping and visions... right on the spot. Then I asked him if he had any issues with his health and told him Jesus wanted to heal him. He said he spent half his time in hospitals for years from an extreme case of chronic Crohn's disease. We prayed, he got healed on the spot, and brought the x-rays and ultrasound films back with him the next Sunday to show everyone. LESSON LEARNED: GET 'EM SAVED, FILLED AND HEALED ALL AT ONCE before religious people can get hold of them and tell them they can't have all these things from God! Ha!
Jesus said that there are two reasons people ERR.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
1. Not being personally schooled and grounded in the scriptures.
2. And not having enough personal experiences with the raw power of God that cause us to understand His nature and ways.
It is human nature to doubt anything we have not yet experienced for ourselves. But just because we have not experienced something from the Bible doesn't mean it's not real or for today! Neither does our lack of personally experiencing certain supernatural blessings from God give us the right to pick and choose certain scriptures to build a doctrine that explains away genuine scriptural blessings and makes excuses for doubt and unbelief!
Our view of God, ourselves, and others is often TAINTED by WHAT WE HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE WITH GOD IN A POWERFUL AND PERSONAL WAY.
When we have NOT experienced certain bellwether supernatural events with the Lord, we tend to deny their existence instead of pressing into the Throneroom to get our experiences updated and our theology thus automatically adjusted. An intellectual theological relationship with Christ is NOT ENOUGH! Just knowing a lot of truths from the Bible is NOT ENOUGH! This Kingdom experience is to be ongoing and constantly updated by fresh experiences with The Lord. The Kingdom is all about the warmth of EXPERIENCING THE POWER OF GOD OVER AND OVER AGAIN in this life in an extremely personal fashion.
It is true that God will do nothing OUT OF LINE with His Word. However, He does reserve the right to do things out of line with OUR OWN INTERPRETATION of His Word. Let's not LIMIT GOD to just our own understanding of the scriptures or our own limited experiences with Him. SURELY GOD IS BIGGER THAN JUST MY OWN UNDERSTANDING OF HIM, or we are in big trouble! Ha!

Have you had a FRESH UP TO DATE EXPERIENCE with the Lord lately?
Nobody but nobody has a corner on God! About the time we get Him to fit our neat little box, He breaks out just to show us how big He really is. (Not to mention this phenomenon also humbles us a bit and gets us seeking Him afresh!)
There is so much to God that it takes the ENTIRE BODY OF CHRIST to express Him adequately! God even likes to use other groups and camps and emphases besides our own to show Himself to the world! Imagine that! Sometimes He uses the most surprising people to display His power and glory even though we ourselves wouldn't approve of Him using those folks because we don't think they believe just right... like us! Ha!
1 Corinthians 1:27-29 (KJV)
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence.
My own generation (to include me) HAS NOT SEEN AND PROCURED ENOUGH MANIFESTATIONS OF GODS GLORY which tends to make us dumb-down the Gospel and quit EXPECTING THE SUPERNATURAL ON A REGULAR BASIS! As a result we have not offered this present generation the RAW POWER OF GOD as we should have. Thus we are left with a nation with little fear of God and not much awe and reverence for Him. That is NOT Gods fault, but our own! Let us repent, fast and pray, that we may present the REAL JESUS to people, not a powerless watered-down version of Him! The human heart is CRAVING the FELT PRESENCE of God and the SUPERNATURAL ACTS OF GOD THAT DISPLAY HIS COMPASSION AND TENDERNESS! A whimpy Jesus will not capture the attention of this present cynical generation!

And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Sad to say, but WE SETTLE FOR MUCH, MUCH LESS than what God offers, out of unbelief and religion!
The Lords Prayer ought to be rewritten to read: "Lead us not into dead church traditions and deliver us from powerless religion!"
We need to get BOLDER STILL in what we announce God will do RIGHT NOW for people when we pray for them!
Get BOLDER STILL!
Every time I have waxed bold to announce what God will do for them RIGHT NOW, people have received miracles! Every time I have failed to proclaim boldly what God will do for them RIGHT NOW, little or no results followed. Hmmm.
God backs BOLD PROCLAMATIONS OF HIS WORD, not timid tip-toeing around the tulips!
When we place a DEMAND OF FAITH on God by putting Him on the spot, he shows out! When we are willing to live with less and stay shy about what God wants to do, little to nothing happens!
Miracles go to the BOLD ANNOUNCER!
