Be where you're ADORED, not where you're IGNORED.
Be where there's FAVOR, not where there's undue extra LABOR.
You only have grace for what God has called YOU to do, not another.
Where God wants you, He will cause others to FAVOR you.

A large measure of Gods FAVOR FLOWING towards you will flow through certain others He chooses. And He can choose the most unlikely candidates! Consider Potiphar's favor, the Prison Warden's favor, and Pharoah's favor for Joseph! Consider Ezra's and Nehemiah's favor with an ungodly king.

When you pray for others or yourself, consider including this petition on their behalf or your own: "Lord, cause them (state their name here) to always be at the RIGHT PLACE at the RIGHT TIME and NEVER at the wrong place at the wrong time!" [It is especially important to pray this for soldiers in combat or people who work on hazardous jobs!]
If BOREDOM has set in, you may wish to consider what command from God you most recently disobeyed.

Someone has wisely noted that sometimes finding the will of God is like walking down a hallway and jiggling doorknobs until you find one open. Even Paul the Apostle tried to go into two different countries and God closed those doors. Finally he received a dream from God that cleared everything up and gave him the direction his heart craved. Paul stayed in motion doing the general things that he thought the Lord would want and eventually received specific clarification. Just keep doing what you're doing, trusting the Lord to make any major change clear to you in His timing.

Success is just 3 things: KNOWING the will of God, BEING IN the will of God, and DOING the will of God. All other carnal definitions of success are cheap substitutes! Beware of counterfeits that don't truly satisfy the human heart.
Don't live a lie. Be honest with God and yourself and CONFESS YOUR SINS to Him when you know you've missed the mark. GET RID OF THE YUCK in your life and enjoy close fellowship with the Father once again. Trying to make up for your sins by doubling down with lots of religious activity or other noble deeds instead of confessing them away is an exercise in futility! No amount of effort on your part can atone for sins; only THE BLOOD OF JESUS is powerful enough to remove the sin and stains. Likewise trying to IGNORE or DENY your sins is also an exercise in futility and misery!
Just about the time you think you are on SPIRITUAL CRUISE CONTROL, sin comes to trip you up once again!
Sin is subtle and clever and the número uno problem of every person on the planet!

Son-consciousness can replace Sin-consciousness if we but meditate on WHO WE ARE IN CHRIST.

It's when we we get lazy in prayer and lazy in our Bible reading or lazy in church attendance that the devil gains a foothold to trip us up. Just a little bit of independence and pride is all it takes to become vulnerable and weak. Just when we THINK we're strong, we find ourselves actually weak! Ouch! O how we need Him! O how utterly destitute we are without Him!

Zero Indulgence to the Flesh! 100% YIELDEDNESS to The Lord! (We may never do this perfectly until the Lord comes, but we can sure be pursuing it!)

I choose to PUT ME ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST and to PUT OFF the dumb desires of the old nature!
I PUT ON my new nature in Christ (drawing out of my inner man the treasures Christ placed there when I received Him). And I PUT OFF the silly compulsions of this body and mind.
The Holy Spirit is on board, yes, inside me! In prayer I choose to LET HIM OUT into the very fabric of my character and the expression of my life, right now! Take over, Sir! I yield to You! Welcome into the driver's seat of my life once again!
