Give thanks profusely this Thanksgiving season... with your lips!  You have received from God, and received, and received, and received.  One blessing after another!  Every simple thing, good thing, big thing you have, you have it only because of Him!  It's all come from Him!  You've done nothing to merit it.  You are the very object of the Father's love and grace.  Every breath and every heartbeat is a sheer gift from God.  YOU ARE SOOOOOOOO BLESSED!

If you want to get more out of your Bible reading, try reading it aloud, even if only in a whisper.  There is a consistent principle running throughout the Bible that states the value of the dynamic duo called BELIEIVING WITH THE HEART + CONFESSING WITH THE MOUTH.  You receive THE DOUBLE BENEFIT from your Bible reading when you do so ALOUD!  You are receiving faith and releasing faith both at the same time.  You're receiving nourishment from Heaven and ACTING on God's Word simultaneously.  I challenge you... TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Read the Word until you feel a breakthrough.  Keep reading until you sense something happening inside you!

Pray until you feel a breakthrough.  Don't quit until you begin to feel a note of victory.

Sing until you get a breakthrough.  Keep on singing until you feel something melt on the inside.

Praise until you get a breakthrough.  Keep boasting on God aloud and talking Him up to yourself until you feel your heart soften.

Many times when we start reading God's Word, it is dry.  But if we just keep reading, eventually the Spirit will speak to our heart from a verse or two.

Many times when I start singing or praising God aloud, my emotions are not in synch with doing so.  (That's actually the reason God commands us to praise Him, because He knows how all boggled up we get on the inside.)  But as I continue to offer the sacrifice of praise despite my stupid emotions and my E.I.B. (Educated Idiot Box... the thoughts of my head), sooner or later I start to FEEL God's presence in my praise.  I begin to feel a release of my spirit and a healing of my emotions.  I sense Him.  But often I have to CONTINUE and PERSIST before this happens!  Sometimes I have to PRESS ON!  Like Smith Wigglesworth said, "In most everything I have to start in the natural, but before I know it, I have stepped over into the supernatural!"

Read your Bible until you feel a release.

Mike Murdock - Pray until you have created a good memory.

Sing until something happens in the atmosphere around you.

Praise until something breaks in the atmosphere!

Speak God's Word until your spirit gets FULL of God!

Confess God's Word aloud until you sense your authority in Christ!

Rebuke the devil in Jesus name, bind the enemy aloud... until you feel the pressure snap off you!

Don't seek a thrill; instead thrill to seek the Lord.

Give yourself fully to the work of the Lord or you'll end up giving yourself to something else you might regret.

Give yourself to your gifting because your gifting gives God back to you.

When we devote ourselves fully to the work of the Lord, throwing ourselves into the cause of Christ, we are refreshed in the doing.

When we only give ourselves half-heartedly to the work of God, we don't receive much in return.

A heart brimming over in fellowship with the Lord is the deterrrent against temptation and discouragement.

Dis-appointment doesn't really come from a bad event, but from a Missed-appointment with God to discuss it with Him.

God doesn't cut His people's lives short.  A long and fulfilling life is His stated will.

Psalm 91:16 KJV - With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Isaiah 65:22 KJV - They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

A life cut short is never God's perfect will or His ideal plan.  The enemy of our soul is the one who comes to steal, kill, and destroy.  See John 10:10.

Never blame God for a failure on man's part to experience what God has promised.

Mike Murdock:  Never change your theology to accommodate a tragedy!

Anytime something goes wrong, it is a disconnect on man's end, not God's.  Sometimes it's just because we live in a fallen world where mistakes happen.  Other times it is actually sin.  Sometimes it's unbelief.   Or perhaps an accidental oversight on our part.  Humans miss it; it's in our fallen nature!  But God never does!

Never ever let anyone talk you into believing that God is your problem!  Never!  No, never!  Satan is the OPPRESSOR.  God is the BLESSER!

Acts 10:38 KJV - How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

God good!  Devil bad!

The devil likes to get people mixed up.  Satan loves to confuse people into thinking something that is from the devil is coming from God.

Satan likes to counterfeit God's voice.

Satan loves to talk to your mind in the "first person" rather than in the "second person."  In this manner you think it is your own thoughts, when it is really that turkey talking to your brain.  You think, "I am so depressed!"  But it's really the enemy suggesting the thought, "You are so depressed!"  But if the devil spoke to you like that, it would be too easy to identify that thought as demonic, instead of your own.  The enemy figures if you think the thought is your own, you're more likely to swallow the bait!

Don't take the Bait of "The Accuser of the Brethren:"
1.  Satan accuses God to you.
2.  Satan accuses you to God.  (God answers, "Not!")
3.  Satan accuses you to you.
4.  Satan accuses you to others.
5.  Satan accuses others to you.

It's impossible to be thinking about truth and to feel bad at the same time.

If you're feeling bad in your emotions, you ARE thinking thoughts that are NOT coming from God.  (Rise up, get alone, and start rebuking the devil aloud in Jesus name!  YOU have to do something about it.  The devil CAN out-think you, but God's Word teaches you can out-talk him!)

James 4:7 MSG - So let God work his will in you. Yell a loud no to the Devil and watch him scamper.

James 4:7 GWT - So place yourselves under God's authority. Resist the devil, and he will run away from you.

James 4:7 NIRV - So obey God. Stand up to the devil. He will run away from you.

James 4:7 NCV - So give yourselves completely to God. Stand against the devil, and the devil will run from you.

God's thoughts have NEVER made a person feel bad.

It's hard to enthusiastically praise someone you're not sure is completely on your side!

It's easy to praise someone you know is for you, and never against you!

Psalm 118:6 KJV - The LORD is on my side; I will not fear : what can man do unto me?
