GIVING THANKS is the PASSWORD onto the network of God's felt presence! There is always protocol to enter any environment. Access is granted to those who know the appropriate protocol for any given atmosphere or setting.
Psalm 100:4 MSG - Enter with the password: "Thank you!" Make yourselves at home, talking praise. Thank him. Worship him.
Telling the Father, "THANK YOU" is the divine protocol for entering and staying in His presence.
Give God thanks ALOUD!
Give God thanks OFTEN!
Give God thanks for the BIG THINGS!
Give God thanks for the LITTLE BLESSINGS too!
Give your family members THANKS often.
THANK your spouse for each thing they do for you!
THANK your parents for bringing you into the world and bringing you up!
THANK your children for being so awesome.
THANK your boss for his or her leadership and for hiring you!
THANK your pastor for feeding you God's Word and leading you into green pastures of God's grace.
Count your blessings, not your liabilities!
Possess a GRATITUDE ATTITUDE!
