We continue our LIVING IN THE LAST OF THE LAST DAYS series this coming Sunday.

MONDAY NIGHT MEETINGS OPEN TO ANYONE

Beginning July 18th (this coming Monday) we will have a brief Bible study and fellowship time at my home, 2932 Eastern Shore Dr SE, Hampton Cove, AL 35763.

From 6:30 to 7:00 PM we will have intense corporate prayer for those who wish to participate. Then at 7:00 we begin a very brief Bible study (discussion format). At 7:20 or 7:30 we will break for refreshments and fellowship. We will dismiss at 8:00 sharp.

Thoughts For The Day:

Learn to kill two birds with one stone! Examples: Walk for exercise and pray at the same time. Exercise on gym equipment while you listen to high impact praise music. Drive your car and listen to the Bible on CD or iPod. Sit in boring work meetings (the ones where you are not really required to participate but are mandatory nevertheless) and ocassionally glance at a Bible verse or two on your iPhone or Blackberry Bible for meditation. While in the doctors waiting room, memorize Bible verses on your iPhone or from your Gideon's Pocket New Testament. While driving to work, make it a time of thanksgiving and praise to the Lord... aloud... exhuberantly! When you have to run an errand, take ONE of your children with you and make it a time of non-judgmental conversation and bonding during the drive time, or maybe drop by the ice cream store on the way back. Make supper time into MAKE EVERY SECOND COUNT! REDEEM THE TIME!

Friends don't let friends drive off the cliff of eternity without Christ!

Find someone that appears to be a bit down today and compliment them about something you admire in them.

Give people TIME and SPACE to correct their errors.

Be addicted to your Bible. Be a Bibleholic! Be so close to your Bible that you've gotta have a daily fix or you just don't feel right!

Isaiah 34:16a KJV - Seek ye out the book of the Lord and read...

Keep speaking The Word over your situation! Keep memorizing and meditating the promises that address your most urgent need.

Joshua 1:8 GWT - Never stop reciting these teachings. You must think about them night and day so that you will faithfully do everything written in them. Only then will you prosper and succeed.
