Greetings!
Well, according to one nut, and as reported by the news channels and newspapers, Judgment day begins tomorrow! These nuts that arise every few years and make tons of money off their predictions and books cause unbelievers to laugh and scoff at Christians. Jesus said no man knows the hour, not even Himself. Only the Father knows. We should live in anticipation of the rapture and stay ready, and expect His return soon... according to the scriptures. However, God doesn't give any one man or one group the inside scoop to the exclusion of the rest of the body of Christ.
I guess if I want to become rich, I need to start making predictions and setting dates, and publishing books about the same. Or if I want to become famous (for a while) I need to tell the news agencies my predictions. BUT... such foolishness comes with a price to the soul. Who in their right mind would compromise their integrity for a few bucks or 15 minutes of fame? I, fo one, do not wish to become cultic, by indulging in such nonsense that is un-Biblical and contradicts many statements in the scripture. What a joke. And what an opportunity for the unchurched and ignorant to mock the Gospel. Duh!!!! Thoughts For The Day: Reliable communication permits progress.
