Use your discretion and print only what will be valuable to your congregation. This information will be sent to you only once. Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

We all committed together at our 2012 Fall Assembly to pursue intentional conversation discerning the issues raised by Frazer Mennonite Church's request to join ACC. That process is now underway. There will be four meetings over the next few months. Delegates are strongly encouraged to participate as we navigate these waters prayerfully together.
