Bulletin Announcements

Join Our Mailing List

These bulletin announcements are for your information about resources, items of interest, prayer and praise requests and information. Use your discretion and print only what will be valuable to your congregation. This information will be sent to you only once. Use your judgment as to how often you run the same information in your bulletin. At least twice prior to an event is recommended. Perhaps you could use a calendar of future events in your bulletin and list it in a shortened form after the initial announcement has been made.

Silent Sanctuary Retreat at Black Rock Retreat

January 18-20 2013. Join us for a 36 hour self-guided silent prayer retreat, an opportunity to meet God in solitude and silence. It is often in stillness that God provides strength and guidance for the journey of our lives. Rhoda Yost will be available to meet with you for spiritual guidance and there will be prayer stations throughout Black Rock Retreat. Enjoy two nights of lodging in the Maranatha Retreat Center and five buffet style meals. For more information, contact Nancy Engel at 800-858-9299 or visit our website, blackrockretreat.com for pricing and a complete schedule.
                               Looking for leaders!

Service Adventure is looking for people ages 24+ to commit to a two-year term (beginning August 2013) as unit leaders. As a leader, you live in a unit house with a small group of 17-20 year olds and offer guidance and support as they serve and live in community. If you are committed to your Christian faith and would enjoy walking alongside young people in this way, contact Diana Cook at DianaC@MennoniteMission.net.
