Leadership Tools by Dr. Don Meyer
President Don Meyer
Wilson, Scott; Bates, John. Clear the Stage: Making Room for God. Influence Resources, 2015.

"If you're willing to clear the stage in your leadership to make room for the Holy Spirit, He will do wonders in and through you." Authors and Pastors Scott Wilson and John Bates discuss letting the Holy Spirit take control of your ministry in their book, "Clear the Stage: Making Room for God." Through their own personal experiences, Wilson, with the help of Bates, tells his story about how he got out of the way and let God take over his ministry. Through "clearing the stage" of himself, trusting God and following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Wilson tells of the revival that the Holy Spirit brought to his church and his own life. Wilson believes that the message God gave him does not just apply to him but to everyone. Let God take the stage, clear it of yourself, and let him take control and lead.
