The boys have given up birthday gifts and have invited their friends to make donations to Grandview Kids instead. It was a true demonstration of kids helping kids. The boys who participated ranged in ages from 6-9 years old.
Mom, Andrea beams as she says: "Our boys have become believers in giving and knowing that it will help other children reach their full potential. "
She added her personal expression of gratitude to Grandview "I can't thank your team enough for what a wonderful job you do for Durham Region. We are so lucky to have your team in our region."
Funds raised help kids waiting to access the care they need in the time they need it.

The 7th Annual Sylvia's Ride was a tremendous success. Yes, Cameron had to wear winter gear because it was so cold but the riders still took to the streets and had a great time. Click here for more photos from the day.
Grandview Kids support other Grandview Kids
Grandview Kids have walked and wheeled their way to raising thousands of dollars to help other Grandview Kids.
By supporting the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon and Charity Challenge, Grandview Kids and their families raised funds, while showcasing in a very tangible way how they can inspire possibilities.
We will hardly forget Owen's determination as he crossed the finish line with his walker or Hannah's tenacity as she wheeled alongside him. Alexis is already in training and is thinking of doing more than the 5k in the 2013 challenge.
You can help Kids this year by participating in the 2013 Charity Challenge. Find out more information by clicking here.
