If you're an investor that wants to turn around an underperforming portfolio company, then TAI is for you.

Management listens to The Activist Investor.
Case Study: InfuSystem Holdings
It's been quite a while since we added one of these to the website. Many activist situations are actually pretty conventional, with a fight over director elections and usually (though not always) a settlement. The business media covers the biggies, so we tweet developments in the most prominent of those.

We look for less-typical situations. When we can feature an interesting account, so much the better. So, when a friend of ours who runs a small fund wrote of his activist investing experience in his client letters, we thought it might interest others, too.

He writes of his experience with InfuSystems Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:INFU) in a case study that we just posted.

We always welcome suggestions for other suitable cases.

You can find other useful resources at the TAI website, including our research on "Effective Activism, on the Cheap", the new guide to executive compensation, bibliography of academic research on the returns to activist investing, and our white paper with the basics on activism.
