Dear CCPS Parents:
Thanks so much to all of you that joined us for See You at the Pole. We had a great time of praise, worship, and prayer with our students, teachers, and parents.
On Tuesday, October 8th, we will have our first PTF meeting at 6:30pm in the FBC sanctuary. We will discuss our future plans for CCPS, so please make plans to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
Our First Federal Bank/Bank in School days will begin on Monday, September 30th, for grades K3-5th. The bank representative will be in the gym lobby at 7:30am the last Monday of each month for this special program, helping children learn the value of saving. If you have any questions, please see your child's teacher.
Your feedback is so valuable to us! We are asking for parents of students in grades 6-12th to complete a six question survey by clicking here. It would be very helpful to us if you would each complete the survey by Friday, October 4th, so that we can discuss the results at our PTF meeting on October 8th.
Our annual penny drive to raise money for Toys for Tots is kicking off Monday, September 30th. We are so excited about this opportunity for us to give back to our community and to help other children celebrate Christ's birthday. The class that raises the most money during our first week (September 30-October 4th) will receive a pizza party. Our Toys for Tots chapel will be Monday, December 2nd at 8:30am. Please mark your calendar and come celebrate with us!
Spirit Week begins on Monday! Our Homecoming football game is Friday, October 4th, 7:30pm at Moultrie Middle football field. To celebrate Homecoming each day of the week leading up to it will be a theme day for our students. Please check the schedule (in the links to the left) for your child's theme for the day. If your child chooses not to participate, please have them wear their normal uniform. We hope to see you at the game as we cheer on the Cougars!
School will be closed Friday, October 11th and Monday, October 14th for Teacher Work Days. Aftercare will be open 7:30am to 6pm those days if we get enough students signed up in advance. If you would like to sign up (K3 through 5th grade students only), please contact Maryann Cribb at
