Dear CCPS Parents:

It was wonderful to have all of our pre-school Dads here for Donuts Friday morning! The children were so excited to show off their teachers and classrooms. Thanks for taking time out of your busy morning to spend it with us.

See You at the Pole will start promptly at 8am this coming Wednesday, 9/25.  Please join us in the courtyard as we praise and worship together during this time of fellowship.  Morning care will still be available in the gym, as always, but we would love to have you and your children join us around the flagpole for this special time of prayer.

Our Middle School students have a very special day planned for Friday, 9/27.  Our 6^th-8^th grade students will be going to James Island County Park to spend the day together.  This fun-filled day will give us an opportunity to grow together emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
 

We are very excited about an opportunity that has come our way for our Student Leadership Team.  They will be travelling to Columbia on Friday, September 30^th, to meet our Governor, Nikki Haley.  This is a wonderful opportunity for our young people to learn more about our state government and to have a personal discussion with our Governor. 

Please mark your calendar for the week of November 4^th.  This will be our annual Book Fair in our school library.  There is a link on our website on the Parent Information Tab which will give you more information.  If you can't make it to the school to shop, there is an online shopping option available, beginning October 30^th.
 

Congratulations to Mrs. Balas' 3^rd grade class! They won a free trip to the Aquarium on Friday, December 20^th.  We are so proud of Mrs. Balas and her class for taking advantage of this opportunity.
