Dear CCPS Parents:

We have had a great start to the 2013-2014 school year. Thanks so much for entrusting us with the education of your child. We have so many exciting things happening at CCPS. One of the events that we look forward to each week is chapel. Parents are always welcome to join us. I have listed the times below for each age group. If you have any questions, please let me know.

     Every Monday    9:38-10:23     Upper School Chapel 

     Every Tuesday    9:15-9:40       K3-K5 Chapel

     Every Tuesday    9:45-10:15     1^st-5^th Chapel

Our upper school student athletes are very busy representing our school. During the fall season, we have students playing volleyball, swimming, playing football, running cross-country, riding horses (equestrian team) and cheering. Please check the school calendar on our website for the times and dates of our athletic events. Over 80% of our upper school students participate in athletics. This is a great way for your child to get involved, either through participation or through attending the events.

Friday nights are very exciting during football season. Our home football games are played at Moultrie Middle School. Our first home football game of the season is this Friday, September 6^th, and the next will be September 20^th, both at 7:30pm. Join us as we cheer on our Cougars! Concessions are available so come early and have dinner (see link to menu on the left). This is a wonderful way to meet and fellowship with other Coastal Christian families, and younger siblings love to come to games to see all their friends.

Did you know that we have a Mom's in Prayer group at our school? These are parents that have committed to praying for our school. If you are interested in joining this group, please contact Jamie Kohler. Her email is jamekohler1@aol.com.
