Cal MediConnect Notices Mailed to Dual Eligibles Today

The Department of Health Care Services has indicated that the first round of Cal MediConnect notices were set to be mailed today to dual eligible beneficiaries living in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and San Mateo counties.  This first, 90 day notice  describes Cal MediConnect and the complicated choices facing those consumers slated for enrollment in April 2014.

Are you ready to assist seniors and people with disabilities who receive these notices?  Do you know how the people you serve will be impacted by Cal MediConnect?  And are you ready to answer questions from people that receive these notices?

NSCLC is here to help.  We have developed training and education materials that explain how the changes under Cal MediConnect will impact the seniors and people with disabilities you serve.  You can sign up for our webinars, including Basics and Advanced trainings on our website at www.dualsdemoadvoacy.org/California
