After Care Coordinator Needed
Are you or someone you know available Wednesdays and/or Fridays to work as an After Care Coordinator (must be 18 or older)? A great opportunity for some extra money for just a few hours a week! Wednesday hours are 3:30 - 6:00 pm, Friday hours are 2:00 - 6:00 pm.  If interested, please contact Donna Pradith at dpradith@grtwacademy.org.
Purim Baskets - Ends Sunday
As a reminder, ordering of Mishloach Manot/Purim baskets ends at midnight this Sunday, March 13.  Please go to www.happypurim.com to place your order.  You will need your personal login code, which has been previously emailed to all parents and staff.  If you misplaced or cannot find it, please email the GRTWA Parent Association at pa.hamc@yahoo.com.
Design Your Own Seder Plate
Create a one of a kind Seder plate to use for years to come! This is a fun 3-week workshop for grades K - 5. Click here for more information.
Yemen Orde Choir 2016 Tour - at GRTWA!

April Lunch Ordering Open 
Ordering for April lunches is now open and will end at midnight on March 25. Please make sure you receive an emailed receipt for your order, otherwise it did not go through and your order will be cancelled.
Fiddler on the Roof March 29
5th - 8th graders are invited to see Fiddler on the Roof on Broadway, March 29.  Tickets are $50 and orders must be placed no later than March 20. Click here for more information.

Summer Theatre Workshop 
This two week theater program is open to current 4th-8th graders (5th-9th grade in September) and will run from 9:30 until 5pm, Monday through Friday, culminating with a performances on Thursday, August 25 and Friday, August 26. New this year is a Junior Program open to current Junior Kindergarten through 3rd graders and will be held during the second week of camp, August 22-26!

The cost for the program will be $600 for the two week period and $325 for the Junior Program, both of which include a t-shirt and daily snacks. Since space is limited, we encourage enrollment as soon as possible. Click here for enrollment form and more information.
 
8th Grade Fundraisers
  • Clothing Donation Bin: the Big Brothers/Big Sisters clothing bin is in the back of the parking lot. Donate clothing, coats and shoes and help raise money for 8th grade! Click here for more information. 
  • Virtual Garage Sale: Participate in the first annual 8th Grade Class Virtual Garage Sale! We sell your unwanted items on eBay and Craigslist. Click here for more information.
Box Tops
Please submit your box tops to the office. This is a continuous program which helps raise money for the school throughout the year.
18 Under 18
The Partnership for Jewish Learning and Life will be honoring 18 people under the age of 18 who Bring Jewish Learning to Life through original programs, events, or achievements that are connected to traditional and contemporary Jewish sources. Winners receive $250, and the school also receives $250! Students can apply for nomination, or nominate others.  The deadline for nominations is April 1. Students must be 6th - 12th graders to be nominated.
