Babysitting during Parent-Teacher Conferences
Babysitting during Parent-Teacher Conferences is available from 8:30 - 3:30 pm only, only during your scheduled conference time. You do not need to reserve a space for babysitting, simply drop your children off.

ECC through Kindergarten children should be dropped off at the indoor playground in the ECC wing, while 1st through 8th grade students will be in the Art Room.
Take-out & Thanksgiving Menus
Our take-out menu is available at the front desk, pick yours up today just in time for Thanksgiving! If you want to enjoy a delicious meal without the hassle, simply submit an order to the main office and pick up at your convenience. View take-out menu here.

You can also order and pick up your Thanksgiving dinner right here at GRTWA! Enjoy a delicious, seasoned, and ready-to-cook turkey, complete with all the fixins! Check out the Thanksgiving Menu. Thanksgiving menu is also available at the front desk.
December Lunch Ordering Open
Lunch ordering for December is now open, and will close on November 25.Please make sure you receive an emailed receipt for payment, otherwise your order did not go through and will be cancelled.

 

Beginning with the December lunch orders, ECC parents can order their children lunch at a reduced rate, for smaller lunch orders. Soup is available for $1.50, and for $2.50 you can order them just the entree (no sides, salad, etc.).

NJ Symphony Orchestra December 3
Join us on December 3 at 11:00 am for a "mini" concert featuring GRTWA students, followed by a full concert from NJ Symphony Orchestra with their full 60-piece orchestra! Click here for more information.
8th Grade Fundraisers
  • Chanukah Shopping Spree: This year's sale will take place on Dec. 2. Collection begins on Monday, Oct. 26. Click here for more information.
  • Clothing Donation Bin: the Big Brothers/Big Sisters clothing bin is back again. Donate clothing, coats and shoes and help raise money for 8th grade! Click here for more information

  • Virtual Garage Sale: Participate in the first annual 8th Grade Class Virtual Garage Sale! We sell your unwanted items on eBay and Craigslist. Click here for more information.
  • Wine & Karaoke Night Saturday, January 16th at 7:00 pm for only $36 per person. Come for, Wine, Song, Laughs, and the Funnest Winter Evening You'll ever have!
Mitzvah Projects
Matan Frankl is collecting coats and jackets for the charity, One Warm Coat. He is holding a One Warm Coat Drive throughout the month of November. Stop by with your gently worn coats and help him #warmamillion.  Please donate clean and gently used coats and jackets by putting them in the red bin in front of the main office.  He will be delivering and distributing the coats at the George Washington Carver School in East Orange, NJ (a non-profit partner/agency of One Warm Coat) . Thank you! #igavewarmth.

Max Warech is collecting your worn and smelly sneakers! Sneakers are recycled into play surfaces, such as playgrounds and fields, for kids across the country and the world. Look for the blue bins in front of the main office and donate your smelly sneakers today!
Box Tops
Please submit your box tops to the office. This is a continuous program which helps raise money for the school throughout the year.

Mazel tov to Laini Sweifach on her bat mitzvah this past Saturday, November 7, at Mt. Freedom Jewish Center!
