LAG B'OMER BBQ - MAY 7

In honor of Lag B'Omer, we will be having activities and a BBQ for all of the students. Please note, lunch will be provided to all students.

ADULT SELF DEFENSE CLASS - MAY 14

There will be an adult self defense/Krav Maga class on Thursday, May 14, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm, open to all parents and staff. The cost of the class is $25. RSVP at http://www.bluetitanfitness.com. Click here for more information.

NEW GRTWA T-SHIRTS

New GRTWA t-shirts are coming soon! Look for order forms to be sent out on May 7. Orders must be placed by May 18.

LES MISERABLES TRIP (GR. 6-8) - MAY 19

Our 6-8th grade students will be going to see Les Miserables on Tuesday, May 19 at 7:00 PM. Students will be leaving directly after school. This trip is FREE to all 6-8th grade students. If you have not already done so, please reply to Nurit Lev at nlev@grtwacademy.org to give permission for your child to attend.

SHABBAT DINNER MAY 15

Our next Shabbat dinner will be held on May 15. Celebrate Shabbat, enjoy great food, and relax with friends! Click here for more information. RSVP by May 12 to Sara Shulkin at sshulkin@grtwacademy.org. Only $8 per person.

SUMMER THEATRE WORKSHOP

This two week theater program is open to current 4th-8th graders (5th-9th grade in September) and will run from 9:30 until 5pm, Monday through Friday, culminating with a performance on Friday, August 28 at 3:00pm for family and friends. The cost for the program will be $600 for the two week period which includes a t-shirt and daily snacks. Since space is limited, we encourage enrollment as soon as possible. HOST AN ISRAELI THIS FALL

8TH GRADE ISRAEL TRIP FUNDRAISERS

2014-2015 Vendor Discount Cards are still available (good through September). They are available to purchase at the office for a discounted rate of $5.
Breakfast for Lunch - BFL for April through June will benefit next year's 8th grade class.
Additional fundraisers for next year's 8th grade class to be announced.

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

Please continue to submit your box tops to the office. This is a continuous program which helps raise money for the school throughout the year.
