SIGN UP FOR PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent-Teacher conferences can be scheduled via Pick-A-Time. All conferences must be scheduled by 4:00 PM Thursday, November 6. Babysitting services will be provided by the staff from 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Additional babysitting services will be provided from 3:30pm - 8:00pm by our 8th grade students, as a fundraiser for their trip to Israel. For babysitting from 3:30 - 8:00, please sign up ahead of time by emailing Michele Wasserman at mwasserman@grtwacademy.org. Include the name of your child and start and end time needed for babysitting service. The cost is $10 per child, per hour.

DECEMBER LUNCH ORDERS NOW OPEN

December lunch orders are now open. Ordering will close at midnight on November 20. As a reminder, please make sure you receive an emailed receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, your order did not go through and it will be cancelled, no exceptions. Please place your order early in case you have any issues.

Starting with December lunch orders, banana bread will also be available for purchase at a cost of $10 for two loaves. Bread will be baked fresh at GRTWA and sent home with your child on Thursdays. Click here for more information.

GRTWA'S FIRST EVER MOVIE NIGHT

Saturday, November 22 at 6:00pm, is our first ever movie night! Students and their friends, grades K-8, are welcome to join us as we screen The Lego Movie (grades K-4) and Bruce Almighty (grades 5-8). $7 per ticket, or $8 for specialty package, which includes a drink and snack. 8TH GRADE ISRAEL TRIP FUNDRAISERS

Kids Night in, Parents Night Out! A fun filled night where kids will enjoy movies and play games all while having a good time! It will be held here at GRTWA on Nov 8 ad Dec 6 after Shabbat, with drop off at 6:30pm and pick up at 9:30pm. To sign up, please contact Michele Berg at Michkapberg@aol.com

Personalized Artwork/Keepsake Gifts Thank you for your Silvergraphic orders and support of the trip to Israel. If you submitted an order you will have the ability to order additional items online. In about a week you can contact sharialtman@embarqmail.com for your child's individual order number and password (for security reasons), at which time you can order additional items online. Credit for your order will still go to Gottesman RTW!

Chanukah Spree Dec 8th: Please send in new and gently used items for the sale, such as books, jewelry, toys, etc. Collection box is located in the hallway, by the nurse and administrative offices.

Ariel's After School Cooking Classes for K-8: Support the 8th grade Israel trip and have fun in the kitchen, $30.00 per class or $125 for all 5! Learn to make homemade preserves and muffins, real NY style boiled bagels, latkas and applesauce and more! Click here for details. Class size is limited to 12 students per class. Garage Sale This years garage sale will take place March 8, 2015. Please look out for reminders as we get closer to the date and begin collecting for the event.

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

Please continue to submit your box tops to the office. This is a continuous program which helps raise money for the school throughout the year.

TEEN SUMMER EXPO - JCC METROWEST

COMMUNITY CHALLAH BAKE

Join us on Tuesday, December 2, to braid and bake more than 700 challahs for clients of Jewish Family Services of Greater MetroWest and Central NJ and our local kosher food pantry. Click here for more information.

MAZEL TOV

Mazel tov to the Meredith family on the birth of baby girl Piper Ann, born on November 3. Big sister Brynn (ECC3) and big brother Garrett are excited to welcome their baby sister. Both Mom and baby are doing well.
